Supportive Community for Families Raising Autistic & Neurodivergent Children

Connection, belonging, and sensory-friendly play — exactly as you are.

Upcoming Event

Sensory-friendly

Toy Story 5 Screening

The Includers Club will be hosting a sensory-friendly opening day screening of Toy Story 5 on Friday, June 19 at York Theatre in Elmhurst.

This is a welcoming opportunity for families who may feel nervous about trying a movie theater, or for kids who need to move, stand, sit on the steps, take breaks, or experience a movie in their own way.

The showing will include dimmed lights, lower volume, movement welcome, and access to a take-a-break space.

Time TBD, likely late morning. More details coming soon.

Sensory-Friendly Playgroup

A welcoming, low-pressure space for neurodivergent children and their families to play, connect, and feel understood.

Our playgroups are designed with sensory needs, emotional regulation, and family comfort in mind — with space to move, play, observe, or simply be.

No pressure. No expectations. Just community.

Upcoming dates are shared through our events page, newsletter, and social media.

Who We're Here For

We support families raising autistic and neurodivergent children — especially those navigating new diagnoses, big questions, or systems that don’t always feel built for their kids.

At The Includers Club, children don’t have to mask or “fit in,” and parents don’t have to explain or justify their experiences.

You’re understood here — exactly as you are.

We host sensory-friendly playgroups, community gatherings, and inclusive programs for neurodivergent children and their families.

Thoughtfully designed experiences where children can play, explore, and connect — and families can show up without pressure.

Help us build welcoming, inclusive spaces for neurodivergent children and their families.
